Refining

Tebin Group has it's own refinery, and also has relationships with differnent refineries in Russian, Iraq, Caspian Sea, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, with full power of attorney agreements for buying and selling.

Tebin Group buys crude oil and does the refining, then sells direct to market. Or, if the client has crude oil, Tebin Group can do the refining on contract.
